Message from the Houston Hoops North Director:

To the parents and players with the love of basketball,

For the past 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of working in the youth basketball space, watching young athletes grow not only as players, but as people. As a former college basketball player, I understand firsthand the dedication, sacrifice, and passion it takes to truly excel in this game—and I’ve made it my mission to pass those lessons on to the next generation.

The North Houston area has produced some incredible talent, and I’m proud to have played a role in developing many of the region’s top players over the years. But what matters most isn’t rankings or recognition—it’s helping young athletes build a genuine love for the game, learn how to compete the right way, and gain confidence in themselves on and off the court.

This elite program represents the highest level of development, structure, and opportunity in Houston. Here, boys and girls are challenged to grow, supported through every step of their journey, and surrounded by coaches who care deeply about their future. Whether a player’s goal is to reach the collegiate level or simply become the best version of themselves, this is an environment where passion meets purpose.

To the parents, thank you for trusting us with your children. To the players, keep dreaming big, keep working, and keep loving the game. Together, we’ll continue to build something special and help the next generation of Houston basketball thrive.
